Cancellation of ice
Cancellation of ice: Sheets of ice being cancelled at short notice has become an increasing problem and with demand for prime time sheets, this is unfair on all club members. Club members should be encouraged to find substitutes and make their games rather than cancelling and having all the trouble re-arranging ice.
We will not accept a cancellation within 48 hours of the date the game is due to be played unless in very severe weather conditions.
All games cancelled must be rearranged within 48 hours or the full cost of the sheet together with a 10% administration charge will be invoiced.
